LeslieErin: I think it would be fine to use the photo for your site - is it a site about Mooney's Bay or the Rideau River? Or were you just wanting a generic scenery shot? I guess I wouldn't want my photo being used for "ill intentions" - I am curious about what kind of "community water website" you are working on. Can you elaborate? I would like to see the site when it's up and running - good luck.
