In the 50's this was a grocery store. The owner's name was Joe ( can't remember last name). He was Asian. Very very nice man, his grown daughter would work with him. He really liked kids. I remember he had a big barrel full of huge fat dill pickles. I would get a nickle off my Dad & skate down the street to buy a juicy pickle from Joe.
