My ancestors (Daniel and Ellen Price) lived at 2 New Street in 1911. What a shame we cant see the house.

Lovely picture. My partner, Unda has been bugging me to take her there for quite a long time now. We see it a lot on our trips to the highlands but are usually in a rush to get somewhere else.

Hi Boogyman, Seems you lived here for a while! My Grandad & Grt Grandad lived here for quite a while before moving to Worcester where I now live. I visited abt 3 yrs ago & will be coming back to visit this year & finding out more about 22 Mount Pleasant & 54 Gwendoline Street & how my Great Grandad got to work in the Rhondda pits. Kerry Rastall
