Historic City of Oher (Macedonia). In the background, accross the bay, is an old fort (top right corner of the picture) and a famous old church (mid-way through the hill to the left of the fort ... if u follow the "horizon" of the hill). The church is featured in many tourism photo's.
the picture is taken in the City of Diber (aka Debar) Macedonia. In the backround is the mountains, which face east of the city (sunrise).
The city is located in the foothills of the mountain range and in the background you will find a church (Greek Orthodox, practiced by Macedonians living there) and a mosque (generally attended by Albanian - although there are Macedonian muslims living in the are, predominantly found in the sister town (Prapanik)accross the man-made lake.
