This is indeed a picture of the Williamsfield Police Station. However, it's not shown at the correct location on Google Earth. The Police station is in Williamsfield, not on Villa Road.

These coordinates should get you there: 18° 4'14.30"N 77°27'54.77"W, which I have already done.

I live in Portmore and I can assure you that this photo was taken after the toll road was completed. I know because I was heading towards the toll booth to pay my toll. You mst be confused.
