Hello there everybody. Hope you enjoy the photographs. My submissions on Google Earth range from Scotland to New Mexico and Colorado with a few steps in-between.
I work in industrial construction and travel rather extensively for my job. I've spent the last year in Tulsa, Ok., and am relocating to Memphis, Tn., in a few weeks.
Look for pictures from Memphis soon.

This image is of Sugarloaf Mountain, not Sugarloaf Island. Both are referred to as Sugarloaf mountain, but the mountain pictured is 16.4 miles to the east-southeast on the other side of Greers Ferry Lake and just east of Heber Springs. It looks like it was taken on the north side facing southeast at approximately 35 degrees 30'20 North by 91 degrees 59'50 west, which indicates that this is an early morning shot.
Thanks Rafael, appreciate the nice words. Peace Chandler
The weather was good, but it's too long ago for me to remember if there was a heatwave. I do remember that I'd planned to pass through Thurso but ended up staying there for a week: on the way there I got a fragment of metal stuck in my eye and had to stay in town to get it treated. It's a nice place.
Looks as though this picture was taken during a rather rare event on this lake, as the flood gates have only been used a few time in its 50 years of service. Noticeably missing in the distance is the Dam View boat ramp and swimming facility which would be down the hill quiet a way from the tree line we see at water level.
Looks like this picture was taken days after we built the fence. Here is the rest of the project:http://picasaweb.google.com/chester1503/BatteryDantzlerRevitalization?feat=directlink
Thanks for the additional info. Peace Chandler
To mimi who left a reposition comment without offering a new position. It is not an operating farm and hasn't been for a long time. Although it is off in the woods on a dirt road. The property also holds the original Raleigh Durham airport air traffic control tower. I may not have it place exactly right, but mimi if your gonna' leave a suggestion make it a good one and not some smart ass comment.

I lived next to this river as a child. Really brings back memories, well done!
