Thanks - yes. I ride past this all the time on the Sammamish River Trail on rides that start from Marymoor Park and I think I just got lazy when I was uploading a mess of photos a four or five years ago.
Also very interesting from an acoustical perspective - I imagine the exponential horn helps to make audible wind-induced vibration. That's my guess anyway. Greetings, densil
