This is not a photo of the beach of Tahueca, but apparently is of Playa Zipolite, which is about 25 miles westerly and is about 2 miles west of the fishing village of Puerto Angel.

The reddish sign (which has been replaced with an improved version) is for the Casa de Hespedes Gundi y Tomas and garden. The building just to the left of the sign houses the Hotel Villa Florencia and its Italian restaurant.

This photo is not of Puerto Angel, but is of Playa Estacahuite, a very pretty beach and cove just easterly of the village of Puerto Angel. Great for snorkeling, with warm, clear water. Easy access from Puerto Angel.

This area is great for snorkeling and the water is very comfortable.

The map shows this in the middle of the bay of the village of Puerto Angel, when the photo was actually taken from Playa Principal, the main beach of the village. This is a a rare cloudy day.
