This is Buckingham Road not Backingham as captioned. I lived at 115 Buckingham Road a few doors west (to the left) of this home during the years 1981 through 1987. The pictured house along with mine and about 194 other majestic homes are located in a development named Prospect Park South developed by Dean Alvord after purchasing the land in 1895. The Prospect Park South Homeowners Association is the longest continuously operating homeowners association in the country.
