Yes, that's the tell above Kibbutz lahav, but locals seem to refer to it as Tell Halif. I've been working on excavations there (and will again) and it generally has been referred to as Tell Halif. Joe Seger (the overall director of excavations) once identified it with Ziklag, but this identification has since been revised. Oded Borowski, the director of the current phase, has argued for the tell to be identified with Rimmon.
You must have been up there on a good day - what a clear view in comparison to the normal haze.
