Hello. Many years ago I discovered the Panoramio layer in Google earth. I loved the concept, it greatly improved the GE user experience. I was happy to learn that I could contribute too. So, in August 2008 I decided to join the fun. This gallery is mainly for photos destined for Google earth, but there are some other photos here too. Some photos are simply "point and click" photos taken on the run. Others are more elaborate, being more artistic or planed in general. I am just a happy amateur which love to take pictures, and hate missed opportunities for a good photo. I am especially fond of HDR picures, and to make large panorama sceneries. I'm also trying to make better low light photos and want to improve my photo skills in general. ________________________________________ I'm from and living in Norway, the rocky European outpost in the northern Atlantic ocean. That is quite the unique and extreme geology, Roar. i like this wide perspective reducing the human element; yet, giving it that sense of scale and risk.

Another quality image , worthy of all the awards to come.

Best wishes & highest regards. from Kelowna,Canada

Good day, Roar :)

Beautiful, the way the bridge is nestled in the landscape here. Nice perspective (from the water). The rock and sparse vegetation actually is very similar to here in the Okanagan valley of B.C.Canada.

Nice quality image in it's full size ~ colourful & inviting.

Regards. stacy

Thanks for seeing the "mystical" that i felt was there. i hope you had an enjoyable & outdoorsy summer.

PeterPB:

Thank~you :) Agreed - i try so hard most times to avoid the human element in my outdoor captures. This one may be the better with it ;)

Bestist wishes, Bud . stacy
