Hello there. First things first, thank you for stopping by my brief profile. I emigrated with my family from the Middle East in the early 70's. As a young boy my first hobby was photography. This would become a lifelong passion. My first camera was a Nikkormat FT with a 50mm f1.4 lens. I also worked with large 4x5 format. I studied photography at the School of Graphic Art, Sydney. Worked as a Technical Assistant Photographer for NPWS & various news publishing companies. I served with First/Nineteen Battalion ROYAL N.S.W Infantry. I am just another ambitious photographer. For me, photography means stopping and preserving time for a split second. Capturing the beautiful, and sometimes the ugly moments of life, is all part of my work. These aren't just photos, but moments in my life. I was inspired to get involved in photography by my uncle who would use creative methods in photographing my family that animated the traditional family photo. The challenge to capture the fleeting moment was what I enjoyed the most. Being able to share those special moments with others is a bonus. I want everyone who looks at my photographs to know that your enjoyment is my goal. I appreciate all your comments, and am glad to bring some small vision of places special to my heart to you.
