Tadeusz, to wszystko kwestia światła. Byłem tam w ostatni wtorek i światło było beznadziejne, tym samym zdjęcia również wyszły beznadziejnie. :-) Pozdrawiam i dziękuję

Peter, dziękuję za przemiłe słowa i cieszę się że zdjęcie Ci się podoba :-) Pozdravuje!

And as of March, 2009, it's still wrong. On the corners of the intersection, there's 2 gas stations, a mall, and a country club at this location. Boot camp is about 2 miles northeast of this location. I think Mr. Jester was jesting!

Yes Bruce, we get a lot of raised eyebrows when we say we are going to spend the weekend at Yellowstone. The national park of that name is a good three days travel towing our trailer. We have to explain we are referring to this wonderful place that is just over two hours driving time.

Thanks Bruce. The mill is old and the area pretty run down. As you said it could stand a good deal of renovation. I no longer live in that locality so I have no idea if the town of Rex has any plans to restore it in any way.

From my memory I have to guess that the space under the pillow block is due to erosion. The concrete it is setting on both ends is very poor consisting of a lot of fill gravel. I expect that some day soon the whole thing could just collapse.

Actually early spring but they are very similar. I am also a big fan of autumn also but lately the promise of leaving behind the frigid temps of winter in early spring is fast catching up on my popularity scale.
