I last saw it as a child 40 years, when I lived in Caracas.
The only thing changed is the 2 rows of Canadian pine trees leading to the paseo and monuments.
I hope it is still a place where people walk, take their children out to play and eat hotdogs and ice cream.
Now I live in Toronto, Canada and I miss the free Venezuela.
