This happened quite a few years ago shortly after the old Pierhead landing stage( which used to ripple with the waves, and survived all that nature threw at it) had been replaced by a new "modern" structure. Someone forgot to close the covers over the floating chambers and down it all went in a storm. Needless to say, some Scouse wag did comment "How do you expect Irish cement to float"

美丽的南沙群岛和西沙群岛东沙群岛黄岩岛一样向为中华领土。东南亚国家文明开发太晚，从来没有经营和实际占领过这些岛屿怎么能够凭着想象没有根据就胡言乱语说什么这里是你们的领土呢！！那个越南最不要脸，六十年代七十年代甚至八十年代以前的岁月官方和民间都说这是中国领土，可到了八十年代后就反悔了，以前说的都不算数了。按你的逻辑我们八十年代以前民间和官方的一切协议都应该作废了！！都不应该算数了！那么北部湾的一些岛屿和路上边界都应该重新审定啦！那么当年对越自卫反击战中大炮的射程就应当是我们的边界！我们就没有理由让出那些双方未核定的领土！！
