Just so you know, there have been calls in the forum for deliberately mislocated photos such as this to be removed from Google Earth.
The Panoramio policy is that photos should be mapped where the camera was when the photo was taken. I have never heard of them taking action except in extreme cases (such as the Eiffel Tower being mapped to the North Pole).
