My camera was in close-up mode and single focus point, so it made this trippy blur effect on everything around the focused area. Anyways... ...This pic was taken in the first days of July and it was very hot, but the snow in the picture is eternal snow, so regardless of the temperature, the pressure keeps it like this all year long (in winter there is more).

This little pound looked so inviting, but it's temperature is roughly 250F so don't try and jump-in

That pile of black rocks in the background goes on for miles and miles as you can see in the satellite picture. It's lava that once flowed from the cinder cone, which, oddly enough is a volcano completely made out of cinder. The lava itself in this case is beautiful to look at close-up, it has quartz and other shiny minerals in it, so the dark black lava actually shines like a precious stone.

Its a pretty neat picture, clouds where right above us and there was a sunlight opening right on top of the dunes. Hope you like it
