West development occurs at the expense of entropy growth in environment which loses complexity and variety in which in tens cultures and civilisations perished. Indians of Caribbean basin have died out completely in 25 years after close acquaintance to the new European person. The numerous American Indian population of Central America was reduced to nine tenth after arrival of Europeans. The western Africa became forever a reserved field of hunting for people, the cities which are not conceding on number to the European there have disappeared. The civilisation of Indian ocean blossoming from East Africa to Java has been destroyed. But destruction of tens cultures, violent transfer of many people in a primitive condition will give a push to fast development of the West, will create accumulation on which basis large commodity manufacture will begin, in the beginning manufactory, and then both industrial. And the technological advantages got by the West will be used by it for the further strengthening of operation of weak societies.
