Bryn, Yes it is in the correct place and yes it is a picture of the caravan club site at Ferry Meadows.
The site is actually split into 2, one half which contains the hard standings is on the side of Ham lane which you mention. The other half (the pictured side) is on the other side of Ham Lane and contains the grass pictures. If you scroll into the picture you will clearly see that there are two sides.
