There are only a few areas along the beach that have a fence. Your location is not one of them. This looks like the fence and concrete wall by Kits Pool, about 1km west.

Nice canyon view! But this picture is not at West 26th Street, it shows buildings in southern part of Manhattan Island; your position was at Whitehall Street near Bowling Green, looking to north. I already sent a suggestion for better position :)

This looks like the lower reaches of the Squamish River Valley just north of Squamish. The camera location would be about 20 miles south of its present location.

The title (Citibank) matches the location. But it is a wrong picture

This is a commercial tourist attraction, and worth visiting. But there is another (free) suspension bridge at Lynn Canyon - also in North Vancouver. If you cross that bridge, it is a short hike to a popular spot where you can swim in the summer.
