i am so excited about the quality and opportunity to learn about all Asian locales and hope to one day share some on-the-spot and many person-to-person introductions with my daughter who just turned twenty-five years and will graduate soon from the University of Houston in Texas with her Master's Degree with Conrad Hilton College and which will include quite a bit of travel on her job which i hope will include a companion at times (hint ... hint ... like her mother ...lol)

No, it's not a telescope. The mechanism is different from electronic telescope because it receives digital signal from satellites, not directly shooting images through electronic beams to the sky. Please don't confuse.
