Mr.Tonight's conversations

Gracias por vuestra visita y comentarios Emile75, geomanncer y Mr.Tonight. Regards from Spain

I lived here in 1994... any idea how to contact the owner? I'd like to visit again.

I lived for 2 years in Marlioz and passed it every day.

Mr. Tonight, thank you for the tip. I've sent the right picture with the wrong text. That text was to be placed in another picture. bye!

(Quelle: Stadt Frankenthal)

The CERN Globe of Science and Innovation.

"The building formerly known as "Palais de l'Equilibre" was given to CERN in 2004 by the Swiss Confederation to mark the Laboratory's 50th anniversary. Designed by Thomas Büchi (Charpente Concept) and Hervé Dessimoz (Groupe H) for the Neuchâtel site of the Swiss Expo'02, the impressive 28m high, 40m diameter sphere was built by a consortium of 11 Swiss companies who specialise in timber construction. The project was also supported by Lignum, the Swiss Timber Association. The Globe is a symbol for sustainable development: it is constructed almost entirely from wood and its circular form represents planet Earth." (Source: CERN)

Chêne-Bougeries is on the other side of the lake, this is in Paquis. The monument is the tomb of the Duke of Brunswick at the Quai du Mont-Blanc.
