I agree that the photo shows the Dog Creek lithofacies but that's somewhat more specific than I'm trying to be with the photo name. The Dog Creek lithofacies belongs to the more general "Chilcotin Group".
There was a suggestion that this was the Maude Roxby Marsh off the end of Francis. I'm familiar with both place and see the similarity for sure, but this is definitely Rotary Marsh. The osprey nest is visible centre frame.
