I travel around quite a bit as part of my work. I carry a laptop and sometimes an overnight bag so I do not have room to carry an SLR, associated kit, tripod. Instead I make do with a digital compact that I can slip into a pocket.
The downside is that the images are not as good as they could be and so I apologise in advance.
