Biography : Born in 1958, the artist, Abdullah Çavuş, completed his elementary, high school and university education in Bursa. His talent had been noticed when he was 5 and later in 1980 he graduated from the Art-Graphic Department in Bursa. For a long period of time, he concentrated on color and design works in textile industry. In late 1980s he attended several workshops at Bursa Art Gallery. His paintings that grasp one's attention are the landscape and place paintings in classical style, especially holy places (Makkah-Madinah), depth in indoor places (sense of three-dimension) and unison of calligraphy in Ulucamii and Haghia Sophia. With an increasing success in this field, the artist has attended various exhibitions and his works include private orders as well. He is married and a father of two.
