The only reason for this big English sign is that the store is in Xidan where many young people shop and most of them know English.

A very boring street, at least up at the corner (far distant ) is a new hospital.

This is absolutely one of the most boring places in Beijing. Behind the bushes are nothing but real estate companies (many), a few restaurants and one or two convience stores and a wide sidewalk where you dodge cars.

A government building that controls the distribution of money throughout China, just behind a very nice street named Sanlihu and five minutes from the subway going the other way.

Hi: Nice little park. I can't tell if this is in Civil Lines? Also, I cant find "Chaupla" I know that it is near the Clara Swain Hospital but closer to the railway tracks. Can you please tell me where it is? Dave in Nova Scotia

And why does Google Earth tag these photos of Lishuiqiao as being 3 Km from Beiyuan. Beiyuan might be larger than Lishuiqiao but it is only a "bedroom" suburb of Beijing and not as important a suburb as Lishuiqiao.

Nice clear photo pointing North, how about taking another on pointing South.
