I am a native of North Carolina, and I enjoy exploring and photographing every corner of our lovely state. I typically shoot 5 megapixel pictures in color or black and white, and then reduce them in size for uploading. I live near Raleigh, where I am a real estate professional.

Yes,I know they opened the new tower. My family andI was there last year and went up to the new one. I still think the old one looked better than whats up there now.

Thanks, Paul. I'm surprised that it was the leader in hits for so long before slipping to #2. As it so often happens on my trips to NC, I don't have the luxury of being able to wait for a good weather day and this was one of those instances. I just got the widest angle I could, then trimmed the top and bottom so it looked like a panoramic shot. Had planned to try to meet up with you this year but I had very little time left after the family reunion in Morganton.
