John Lee "Johnny" Bench (born December 7, 1947) is a former American Major League Baseball player for the Cincinnati Reds from 1967 to 1983. He is widely regarded as being among the greatest catchers in baseball history.

Although this old rail bed is sometimes referenced as the Iron Horse Trail, the route is technically the John Wayne Trail from North Bend, WA to the Columbia River near Beverly, WA and again between Lind, WA and the Idaho border. The segment of rail bed between Beverly and Lind can still be properly referred to as the Milwaukee Road Corridor.
