matt kawei Photographs posted were taken from the various places I have an opportunity to visit or my line of work has made it possible. Most of the shots were taken in northern part of Canada and a few from my place of birth, Ponam Island, Papua New Guinea. Photography is another way to relax after working long hours. A couple of cameras comes handy; in my arsenal - mostly digital Panasonic lumix (3); dSLR (2) Panasonic Lumix G1 and Pentax K10D. Learning on the run! Hobbies includes: - fishing, camping, hiking, soccer, rugby, cricket, snorkeling, sailing and photography. "The pictures you take depend on you, not on your camera. Just as your signature is uniquely your own no matter what sort of pen you use, it's the same with pictures and cameras.
