matt kawei Photographs posted were taken from the various places I have an opportunity to visit or my line of work has made it possible. Most of the shots were taken in northern part of Canada and a few from my place of birth, Ponam Island, Papua New Guinea. Photography is another way to relax after working long hours. A couple of cameras comes handy; in my arsenal - mostly digital Panasonic lumix (3); dSLR (2) Panasonic Lumix G1 and Pentax K10D. Learning on the run! Hobbies includes: - fishing, camping, hiking, soccer, rugby, cricket, snorkeling, sailing and photography. "The pictures you take depend on you, not on your camera.
