HISTORY
Engineering General Consultants EGC was established as a Firm in 1987 to provide consultancy services in several development fields in both public and private sectors. Engineering General Consultants EGC (Pvt) Ltd. was incorporated as a successor company to Engineering General Consultants in 1994. EGC is now a fully owned subsidiary company of SMEC International, Australia since August 2007.
Engineering General Consultants EGC (Pvt) Ltd. is one of the most active consultancy companies providing services for planning, design, construction supervision and studies of multidimensional and multi sectoral projects relating to transportation engineering including motorways, highways, urban and rural roads, water resources development including dams, hydropower, irrigation and drainage, bridges, hydraulic structures, environment, agricultural development, forestry, resource conservation, public health engineering, urban and rural development etc.
It is a multidisciplinary company and supported by a team of highly qualified and well experienced experts as well as strong infrastructure backup facilities to provide services for multisectoral projects.
