It's full title would be a "Bow-Framed 20hp Simplex" one of hundreds built by the 'Motor-Rail Co'. Most where originally built for use in World War One on the WDLR (War Department Light Railways) which bought supplies up to the trenches on the lighty laid, temporary track. Many found use after the war in quarries and other places, where they where at home on the temporary tracks.
