I've fished this section of Slippery Rock and lower Muddy Creek from the time I was 11 until I moved away. Basically I would just follow the streams. I've not been back there since I took this photo. At that time I saw no fence. I imagine if some idiots started trashing the place, like they do closer to Frew Mills on Slippery Rock, then I can see why it was fenced off.

Looked thru your photos. You have a MAGNIFICENT eye for photography. Suggestion: title your photos. Even if it is one word, it "grounds" them, gives them "being" instead of "untitled". Beautiful work.

Small world! I drive by that tree all the time to go hunting on my cousin's property. I love seeing that tree once I come down the hill from the cemetery. A tree in the abandoned horse pasture, to the left, has a beautiful hawk nest in it.
