So sad to hear the storey behind such a fantastic photo. I've seen plenty of photos of Scarborough and taken one or two myself, but this is by far the best I've seen.
Scarborough is one of the original fishing towns with a history that goes back 100's years. Vikings once dominated this land and fished from the North Sea. Today, fish is still landed and a huge part of life for locals.
Whitby is a beautiful town with lots of history and culture. One of the stories is that Dracula once visited the town centurys ago and now there are annual festivals in honour of that visit.
