Certainly is an odd bug. Nice find!

Thanks, Dave! I do like to go crazy sometimes in post! :)

Molto suggestiva! Like. Ciao, Sergio

Hi Diggory. Glad we are now all friends. It was a stark and horrid time. I appreciate your visits and hope I can bring you some joy in areas other than things military.

Glad you like it, sir! This statue is actually the explicit reason I went to that town on that day. Its a bronze piece (a rather large one) from a company in Brussels, Belgium in 1908. I've always thought it to be an angel but its said to be a statue of 'Fame', a winged muse, which I don't entirely get. Either way, the 'muse' is holding a fallen soldier.

Hell no! I could easily leave it permanently mounted to the D800, if I only had a second D800 that is. :)

Oh, no, no, they'll have to pry my cold, dead fingers off that combo! :)

Metabones, eh? What will they ever think of next?!

Its hard to say Unda - the whole store is full of this type of eclectic stuff. And, thank you!

I couldn't resist it!

The puddle had dried up......... but not for long!
