Its the liquifaction after the aftershocks we're getting daily here!!!
Seems to be happening every month, we have a high '5.' somting magnitude aftershock, or in the '6.plus' mark. Then the ground opens up in all sorts of places, out comes the silt/mud stuff.
Just like your photo... You don't need ear-buds, just a shovel, spade and barow.
