This is the White Castle that my Dad would take me as a kid for hamburgers on Saturday morning in the late 40s and early 50s. It was where I developed a taste for those wonderful little nuggets which were only 12 or 15 cents apiece at the time. Now I go to Vons here in San Diego and buy 6 frozen for $4.50 - but I can't help myself!
