jmulterer is correct. This is the instrumentation hut of the Delta, UT electrode of the Intermountain HVDC transmission line to Los Angeles. The actual electrode field is circular whose center is found nearby at (39.316054,-112.922499). The complementing electrode near LA is the Coyote Lake electrode, with a similar circular field at ( 35.047145,-116.702890). Be sure to zoom out enough to see the circle.

One of the 3 collector points for the sollar array project. Worlds largest cosmic ray antenna. Over 500 square miles. May be 700+ antennas every 3/4 miles. Cosmic ray studdy.
