jmulterer is correct. This is the instrumentation hut of the Delta, UT electrode of the Intermountain HVDC transmission line to Los Angeles. The actual electrode field is circular whose center is found nearby at (39.316054,-112.922499). The complementing electrode near LA is the Coyote Lake electrode, with a similar circular field at ( 35.047145,-116.702890). Be sure to zoom out enough to see the circle.
