yes it is. 4 or five 'roundabouts' were added along Wurzburger strasse. Also throughout Aburg. I guess they are better than traffic lights. I was there in 1955.
Dec 1964 I got here, left March 1966. Transferred to the 199th Light inf. I had a ball in Germany, as I was a 113 APC driver, with an EIB award I could get away with a lot. That is until Viet Nam got hot and I lost all my help. Then it turned into a mickey mouse outfit and I couldn't transfer out fast enough.
I stayed there in 1968. It was my barracks, Mostly empty space but some of it was still in use. May have been an old German hospital originally, not sure.

Former German Airplane hanger. In 1970 was used as motorpool garage.
In 1970, at left housed Detatchment C, in middle was Mess hall, and right, was A Co. All 504th Supply & Transport Battalion.
