I live in Baltimore, an old town in decay and reconstruction since it was founded. I love photographing the human environment, especially buildings with a story. My interests include recycled buildings, graffiti, churches, factories, ghost signs, ruins, jails, towers, corporate buildings, theaters, bridges, stores, houses, cemeteries, schools, apartments, bars, gas stations, to name a few. I like pictures that give a sense of place, and I love to do pictures of places that aren't already on Panoramio. I don't like to do postcard shots; I'll buy the postcard instead.

Does that mean if I have some hundred year old junk, that they won't take it?

It would seem that congregants in Milwaukee have more money...or at least maintain their building better.

Then again, this might look very run down in mid-April of most years, with the dirt from the snowbanks and the lawn in brown.

The full size is also displaying rotated 90 counterclockwise in my browser - Firefox for Mac.

Good shot. That's the sort of lighting I like too for buildings - diffuse sunshine just enough to add form without making the shadows too harsh. Don't see that enough in Spain, where the light tends to be as hard as hell out of a big blue sky. Add buildings which are mostly whitewashed... Doh!
