The placemark is accurate - you can see the cabin from the road and if you zoom in you'll see it in Google - if the road is plowed it would be a short walk. But I'm not sure if the road is plowed in the winter or not. This is probably a very rustic cabin inside - there were people there when the photo was taken so I couldn't peek through the windows.
