The Glen is a gorge which extends from high points on Aquidneck Island down to the beach. The ruins from an old dam and many other stone structures are still present. This building housed some machinery which was water powered.

Wow... a blast from the past. I lived here in the early 70s. The building used to be pink. The boarded up windows to the left top is (was) the bathroom. My husband and a friend once climbed up inside the clock tower and found a couple of antique light bulbs. We still have them. Although it was dumpy even back then it always had a charm we loved and fondly remember.
