Very nice picture. In addition to the history of the ship: She was built in 1913 as "Graf Goetzen" in Papenburg/Germany. Then she was taken apart and brought to Kigoma/Lake Tanganjika in the former "German East Africa" by ship and by train were she was rebuilt. After World War I she was named Liemba. She was to be seen in the movie "Queen of Africa".
