Nice photo, excellent shot!
Greetings from Baku, Ramil
Well done for identification, Keith. For me they were only noisy jets practising touch down and take off at Leuchars, but Adrian is a plane spotter and I was forced into clicking the shutter button several times. As far as the lumps of wood here, well I think they might have formed a groyne of some sort once upon a time. The only treasures to be found here would be golf balls when an enthusiastic player overshot the post on the 9thhole of the Eden course. ;-)
Christos Theodorou Thank you Christos the horse is the star ~ thanks for your like too ~ Best wishes ~ nick
This reminds me so much of a river in our village. I do like snow very much, but I don't have to go on a work journey every day. Nice sepia tint. Enjoy your snowy winter. :-)
I always used to think this was a flood warning - as Nick says, it looks like someone trying to open a brolly. ;-)

Actually, almost any time, Tanja (this time of year :) Danke schön
Is there such thing :)
Now that's what you could call a photographic memory, Tanja. I have promised myself the old removed photos will not jump back here any more ( hmmm... maybe a new athletic version some rainy day... ;)
Many thanks for your imaginative comments
We aim to please :~) Sorry to read of so many householders woe though :~(
