After 2081 miles of walking with a late friend, Panoramio seems a great way to share photos that would otherwise stay locked away. I hope some will find enjoyment from them! I have started a Group called British Walks http://www.panoramio.com/group/18301 and slowly uploading so the pictures can be seen in sequence. If anyone has a sequence of photos from their walks in the British Countryside, and would like to share, please visit the Group

Thank you Cris. I'm told I was lucky to get a shot of the bridge without any people on it! But I think there was someone to the left of the left hand supporting column. Thanks again. John

Hi Rosa

Yes it would be great!

There is a story behind this photo that was taken in Oct 1998 when we were in Southwold. The grand daughter is on holiday there at the moment and i scanned the photos of our trip and sent this one via text as a surprise.

I received this one back the next day it has not changed much!

Best wishes Peter

Hi Manoo

I will try to find out, it was after a storm, and about 18in diameter!

All the best Peter

Wow a Jersey Tiger moth (Euplagia quadripunctaria) in Germany, these fellas are certainly getting about! I have seen a couple this year in Hyde park, London but they are not common. Nice shot as always Anne, Like and best wishes, Ian
