Nick Weall
on Google Maps
Hello - I'm just a chap aged over 65 but still working ~ who happens to like taking photographs and sharing the results with others. I have a Nikon D700 and associated lenses. Sometimes I use a Panasonic DMC TZ5 compact camera which is much lighter of course and much better to take when I'm walking any distance. On occasions the results can be very pleasing too. Originally I tried to restrict myself to Google Earth acceptable shots and I have uploaded a few thousand of those. Now with Google street cars etc, that sort of work is no longer essential. So landscapes become more relevant perhaps. I think that Panoramio is a great site and a wonderful way to see other people's work. I hope that it remains in some form or other. All the very best to you all. Last edited April 2015

Dear Martin, thanks for the nice comments

Excellent shot.

Best wishes from Jordan.

I have just looked up this on the Internet. It looks like an absolutely fascinating place to visit.

Thank you so much for adding this one to your favourites, dear Joli. Living on a relatively small island, there are miles of coastline to walk, and this one is very exciting.

Hugs, Amelia

Ja, Tanja und Nick, ausgezeichnet auch. I had to do exactly the same. So let's add there some DD, degree of difficulty: the word is koukero around here :)

I recently read this tight diamond formation is the team's trademark.

Thanks for all your comments, Nick. The fourth shot is my own favourite of these all but this is the angle I might recognize the Hawk easiest. Strange enough but I have always seen this plane very much like a flying Goldeneye.

Un especial saludo desde Costa Rica , Melsen Felipe
