First visited this fantastic old church in 1967 and have my name in the church book in august of that year.i have been back many times since and will keep going back for many years to come.when i was a young boy my friends father took us and many more of my friends each year fishing for two or three weeks to this wonderful place and i still can,t thank him enough his name was George lavender sadly not with us any more but will never be forgotten.David Griffiths (saltney)

fished this lough many times and will be doing it again next year.the fishing is still very good and is one of the few irish loughs that the pole exells from the jetties.

had a great holiday here we stopped at mc allisters hotel which was fantastic .although it was a few years ago it still remains fresh in my mind and heart .the fishing was good and the food was even better hope to go back some day?
