Hi Vicki, My first thought was, "wonderful pink, like cherry blossom though it isn't". I then found I was not alone in this, maybe use for title? It's a lovely image. Cheers, Rob
Thanks for the comments. This is one of my favorites as well!
daughter Kirsten...she's the one flying with me at sunset.
It could well be Rob, in the spirit of Elephantine Island.
Thanks again for your positive comments.
Ow, I've missed quite a couple of comments on this one....
First of all a delayed thanks to both Victor and Nadia, your visits are much appreciated.
Also thanks to Fai. It indeed was a great sight, being one of the first days in years with some serious snow and frozen water.
And finally another thanks to Rob. Disappointingly enough winter shots are quite scarce in my portfolio, we don't have too many opportunities here to shoot them...
About those branches: they aren't too distracting to me but I'll try to remove them anyway to see the result. I think I'll post something in the upcoming days.
Greets to all, Tomas
Thanks for your visits Fai and Rob, nice to hear your thoughts on this one.
Greetings Rob. It's too late (12:15 am) after a long week for me to do more than glance at your pages. I like your bold colors and interesting points of view. I will be back again...and of course I'm familiar with Lukas' work.
I hate it when he and I visit the same place. He's extraordinary behind the lens.
