Love this photo.

I you look at the billboard in the back ground the Smack Down logo is a recent one. And if you save this photo then open it and check its properties it lists Nov 5th 2006 as the date the pic was taken. Mystery solved.

And for where is it? It is clearly Manila and somewhere along the Light rail system.

They have much nicer umbrellas than the homeless people in New York.

This is not at all unusual.

In New York, we have some people living in cardboard boxes.

The area depicted in this photo looks like some areas near Baltimore, where I have seen people sleep on the sewer grates to stay warm.
