The main apse has a prominent bench. The southern apse projects beyond central one, but the northern one seems to lose its way - it doesn't complete its arc.
A curious feature. Was it an earlier church that was so holy that a larger one was built round it, or a later, 'squatter' one built in the ruins? I went without my trowel! But its off-centre position suggests the latter.
